About
MediSense is an assistive application aims to support visually impaired people. It allows patients with visual impairment to self-administer their medication intake independently.
We provide a simple interface for both the pharmacist and the patient to help the users to fully utilize our applications in handling medications. They only need NFC tag and NFC enabled smartphones.
The pharmacist will input the medicine information into the tag which will be attached to the medicine container for the patient.
The patient need to tap their phone at the tag and our application will display the medicine information.

Features we offer :
Read Write NFC tags
- Write into function enables the pharmacists to input data into the NFC tags that will be attached to the medicine container
- Read from function displays the medicine information for the patients by tapping the NFC supported smartphones to the tags
Medicine information
Using our application, patients will able to get medicine information such as the name, prescription and expiry drug by scanning the NFC tag on the medicine container.
